To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔雲南米線，簡稱譚仔，為香港一間米線連鎖食店。不過現在分為「譚仔雲南米線」及「譚仔三哥米線」。基於對食米線有一份執著，加上見今日想食雞翼，所以襯中午放飯時間，到附近嘅「譚仔雲南米線」進食米線。既然講了想食雞翼，就點選了土匪雞翼。沒想到3隻雞中翼都要接近25蚊才食到。其次就點選了墨丸米線。再加以選擇酸辣湯底。不過今日不想堂食，就點選了外賣。始終中午時段，堂食會好逼，難以享受美食。先講土匪雞翼，芝麻味夠香，土匪嘅調味亦濃郁。而且又不油膩。再者墨丸米線嘅外賣包裝真的不錯，想不到外賣會湯及米線以同一個碗，但內裡用膠兜乘戴米線，從而分開米線同湯底，以防米線被浸到發脹或過「冧」。先品嚐頭啖湯，酸酸辣辣，開胃醒神，最適合夏天進食。墨丸就沒有多餘嘅粉味，亦彈牙。墨丸配搭米線，真的一流。
