To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為依家市場上數一數二嘅麵店, 譚仔絕對係一個非常好嘅choice,所以今次又係譚仔try左dinner。今次order左一碗過橋米線同埋大土匪。過橋米線一如以往一流嘅水準,米線嘅麵身非常合適,而配料方面就各有千秋,所有配料都新鮮。湯底方面因為我唔食得辣,所以就揀左清湯,味道唔差。至於今次大土匪嘅水準都唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,再加上新鮮出爐,好啱我個人口味。譚仔相信大家都聽過佢嘅大名, 但係一定要親身試一次,先會感受到果種好味。整體黎講,譚仔係一間CP值極高嘅店舖。若然有時間,絕對值得大家try try。
