To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六不過今日恰巧係長週, 放工後同男朋友黎左銅鑼灣行街. 行街前當然要食返個lunch先啦! 係銅鑼灣令我唯一諗到既員有🍜拉麵.. 🍜拉麵.... 同 🍜拉麵......! 😂😂😂登龍街而家已經變咗一條拉麵街, 形形色色大大小小既拉麵店進駐晒係登龍街平時食開既豚王舊址已經不再了... 原址已經轉左另一家新拉麵店, 至於銅鑼灣分店已經由轉址, 搬左去 V Point 地下 (舊址再一直向前行)雖然位於同一條街, 不過新店裝修同舊址大大不同, 門外有個好似人咁高既紅燈籠, 所以遠處嘅人都會見到. 設計較新穎, 有別於一般拉麵店. 新店以落地大玻璃打造外牆, 店子亦相對比較大, 可以容納更多客人! 因為位置比較開揚, 下午時分靠門口既位置有機會有太陽曬到🌞 雖然係下午時分, 不過食拉麵既人依然好多, 要食就要排隊等下喇... 好在門口都算大, 左手邊排隊右邊依然有足夠位置比客人進出👍🏻唯一相同係呢度同日本傳統既拉麵店一樣, 沒有花巧既食品, 只為求專研一碗好嘅拉麵..4款拉麵走更涯, 除左4款特定既豚王, 黑王, 赤王 & 翠王之外, 仲有個限定王, 限定王目標係為求滿足愛追求新鮮感嘅客人

等咗大概15分鐘終於可以安排入座! 座位比舊店多, 而且唔會好迫夾, 位置好寬躺 坐得幾舒服❤️

內裡裝修都比較簡約, 不過完全唔係冇特色架! 天花板以粉紅色既櫻桃打造, 仲有旁邊既層架擺放住多年不同既豚王拉麵碗. 雖然設計簡約, 不過好有日本feel 🌸

本身寫左秘製醬油-多, 不過職員題及濃味有機會導致湯底較咸, 所以最後改成普通

原味既豚王拉麵 配上 青蔥&木耳絲, 青青綠綠既顏色點綴左令成碗拉麵, 吸引極了😍😍😍

日本拉麵既湯品確實係成碗面既靈魂😍😍😍

湯底以大量豬骨煮成, 經過多個小時令豬骨湯呈現奶白色, 因為重豬骨既骨膠原所以湯汁帶點杰身, 飲落豬骨味道十分濃郁, 好濃厚! 😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

雖然叫左1辛, 不過對我呢d唔食得太辣既人而言其實只係好丁點辣, 少少既辛辣口辛更令人帶起味雷的感覺, 唔食得辣既叫[1辛]都ok嫁!

個人應為[普通]嘅豬骨湯底味道已經好足夠, 如喜愛濃味者先好選擇[多], 否則湯底會過鹹未必個個人接受到.

幼麵既硬度簡左普通, 廚師控制麵底嘅時間做得好好, 食落軟硬適中, 而拉麵帶有些微咬口 呢個口感係我最喜愛的❤️❤️❤️

拉麵配埋青蔥一齊食多左一層口感, 青蔥味道清新香脆, 唔係其他複雜食材能媲美.

至於[1辛] 既唐辛醬與湯品融為一體後, 令濃濃既豬骨湯底帶有好微量既辛辣口感, 所有食材加上拉麵一齊品嘗, 融合起來有相輔相成嘅感覺, 令人有一股衝動食完再食, 呢碗拉麵確實冇得輸!😍👍🏻

腩肉呈一半肥一半瘦, 肥肉比例好似比之前幾次食開既多, 腩肉皮一如以往帶點煙un口感... 因脂肪分佈比較多, 吃起上黎油脂較重, 個人感覺有點肥膩, 但男朋友覺得冇呢個問題存在, 最後比左男朋友食🙈🙈🙈

相信今次只係個別事件, 並不影響我對呢碗拉麵既熱愛程度☺️

至於配菜方面, 每家拉麵店總會有一盤配菜比客人享用.

真的不得不題呢個生醃芽菜, 芽菜以每家特製既醃製方面做成, 食落非常爽口脆身, 微辣既口感刺激味蕾, 真係越食越過癮! 配埋拉麵一齊食口感更佳😋😋😋

因為芽菜浸泡過係湯底, 令湯底顏色比原先嘅更濃, 今日真係食得好滿足啊! 連湯麵飲得7788😂

雖然呢條街有好多拉麵店, 不過下次如果再經銅鑼灣, [豚王]都會係我既首選!😋😋😋👏🏻
