To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

將軍澳有間打邊爐叫真味鮮廚, 至於好唔好味? 又睇落去?十點去到食, 都要等一陣位! 基本既野食都唔錯, 不過佢地有幾款肥牛賣哂, 普通本地肥牛都好好食, 而佢地既象拔蚌刺身超爽超甜, 好食到點呢? 就係...如果用餓狗搶c 就太不雅, 應該話就好似幾十條食人魚出籠衝埋去狂食, 一分鐘唔到就得番棚骨! 真係無哂!真係"楂" 都無剩...而象拔蚌食法, 刺身好過十下十下好多! 埋單七個千零元。都ok 飽架喇!環境好光猛, 全場一齊十下十下!)衛生:.5 (有小烏蠅...)服務:.5 (d 阿姐service 好好, 又有禮貌又helpful!)設計:.5 (點菜紙幾張咁, 配料counter 一排豉油蒜茸辣椒...自己要幾多拎幾多, 可以慳番唔少人手, 又方便食客! good!)味道: 3.5好味! 係可惜在有幾款肥牛都賣哂...)價錢: 3 (呢個價錢呢個味道係合理既!)

十點去到食, 都要等一陣位! 基本既野食都唔錯, 不過佢地有幾款肥牛賣哂, 普通本地肥牛都好好食, 而佢地既象拔蚌刺身超爽超甜, 好食到點呢? 就係...如果用餓狗搶c 就太不雅, 應該話就好似幾十條食人魚出籠衝埋去狂食, 一分鐘唔到就得番棚骨! 真係無哂!
真係"楂" 都無剩...而象拔蚌食法, 刺身好過十下十下好多!
