雖然很不情願跟大家分享，但算了吧，寫食評就是要大愛，和別人分享好東西這次想推介的是富豪金殿旗下的 set lunch 它這個是固定的，沒法選擇明火例湯 + 乾蔥豆豉雞球 + 海哲伴素鵝 + 清炒油菜心 + 絲苗白飯 + 精選糖水最最最重要的，是以上 set lunch ，僅 68 蚊！食起上來，還是有一定的酒店等級的雞肉的雪藏味不算重，也保持一定的滑度素鵝比較有驚喜，雖然是素但香味不遜鵝肉，就算是少吃素的我也給它 90 分！至於海晢，由於伴上了素鵝，味道也與別不同地入味，而且份量也很足，光這個份量在超巿賣就要 20-30 蚊了！另一個意外是湯，set lunch 給的是雞湯，實在是喜出望外！最後的甜品是一個腰果露，綿滑得來唔算太甜，味道非常好！總體的感覺是，今日是撿到了

雞肉的雪藏味不算重，也保持一定的滑度
