今日約了個很久不見的舊同學食飯,揀了佐敦站附近的日式燒肉店,地點方便,而且價錢合理。二個人點了一個二人牛肉拼盤、一份豬腩肉、炒野菜及燒元貝。牛魔再現:牛肉拼盤份量十足,三樣牛都有六件,而且厚切,食完都有點飽。A4日本和牛:油脂分布均勻,佈滿了雪花紋,燒香兩面令油脂滲出,滿口油脂甘香,入口溶化。美國prime牛小排:牛肉部份比油脂多,牛肉味比較濃郁,但依然有油脂香。美國Prime牛角切:燒至六面滲出油脂,牛肉味濃而且無渣。豬腩肉:腩肉燒至兩面金黃,油脂位帶焦香,肉質嫩腍。黑松露蒜茸牛油元貝:元貝大隻,表面舖滿了蒜蓉牛油,燒至醬汁香味滲出,帶子鮮甜嫩腍。炒野菜:食了肉必須要食菜平衡一下,炒菜表面曬上木魚絲,令炒菜更香。青瓜梳打:味道清新又不會太甜。
