一年容易又生日,今次係朋友生日,梗係要賀賀佢!之前食過漁獲浜燒就加入左係我個生日飯list度,因為真係豪華得泥又好好味!依排經過見到係同一棟大廈入面有一間新開既浜燒餐廳叫磯野水產,感覺會似日本既磯丸水產,我地就訂左枱試試佢!去到先知原來係漁獲浜燒既另一浜燒分店,甘質素就更有保證啦~未嗌食物前就先嗌酒啦,真係好愛日本既清酒!我地對清酒吾係幾擅長,梗係要問下專業人士既意見啦,經經理既介紹以下就叫左文佳人既清酒~係原酒來的,飲落吾會好濃烈反倒帶點甜味,我覺得好易入口呢!之後就點左主角—磯野海鮮盛合配喜知次 $1498一個盛合有齊好多海鮮,真係過足癮呢!而我地就比經理發辦,用最鮮味既方式去處理海鮮,仲好多樣化,每款海鮮都可以吾一樣既整法~另外我地多人就再order一啲小食,卡拉卡拉甘食,感覺就好豐富!等浜燒期間,先食左個前菜沙律先,和牛他他蓉沙律 $188和牛他他完全吾會覺得別扭呢,我仲幾鐘意,和牛配左啲洋蔥粒蔥花帶點清新,拌埋鵪鶉蛋一齊更滑!我地既喜知次用燒既方法,所以我地就再點一個活魚既刺身($488)依條魚叫蝦夷目張,蝦夷鮑魚就食過,蝦夷既魚都係第一次食,師傅擺盤好靚呢,仲砌左朵花泥!魚

依條魚叫蝦夷目張,蝦夷鮑魚就食過,蝦夷既魚都係第一次食,師傅擺盤好靚呢,仲砌左朵花泥!魚既肉質係偏腍身,魚味比較淡,但更顯鮮味呢,配搭蘿蔔蓉及蔥花就更添美味!
另一個刺身就係盛合裡既粒貝,好爽口啊!仲有貝類既鮮甜~
