To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過譚仔出嘅豬軟骨已經覺得好好食！今次推出左「豬皮豬軟骨花椒重慶酸辣湯」$44就吸引左我去試～叫左預設既三小辣花椒重慶酸辣湯底🌶️🌶️怕辣嘅都可以轉其他湯底！外賣賣相我放得比較差🤭🤭🤣🐷麻辣豬皮（落米線前）成碗都係豬皮，長長短短加埋最少有40條，今次餸嘅份量比以往有驚喜，唔係得一兩條仔🤭豬皮爽彈，索曬湯汁👍🏻🐷濃汁豬軟骨：有三舊，加小小碎，濃汁好入味，軟骨偏爽脆，肉質軟淋推介高質！覺得今次新出既米線做得幾好，份量都比以往多，配搭好夾

🐷麻辣豬皮（落米線前）成碗都係豬皮，長長短短加埋最少有40條，今次餸嘅份量比以往有驚喜，唔係得一兩條仔🤭
