To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2007年5月13日。早上09:30。鑽石山聘珍樓。共六人飲茶。都是點心。(不知有否漏了)1.叉燒包x2籠2.山竹牛肉3.咸水角4.牛肉腸粉5.鹹菜豬肚6.粉果7.珍珠雞8.帶子餃9.煎籮蔔糕叉燒包最好吃。除了珍珠雞和粉果我沒有吃,其他的我都只覺得質素一般。
