To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱起附近做野，見到食評唔差，諗住放工試吓。未入之前見到餐廳得一枱客都覺得怪，但我唔信邪，入咗去。叫咗一個豬肉拉麵同咖喱吉列豬扒飯定食，質素似起自己屋企求其整。未至於真係好難食，但個拉麵嘅賣相似係恰麵加幾塊恰豬肉，同平時食開嘅拉麵差好遠。吉列豬扒似係超市買番黎番熱上枱，成層炸粉勁厚，加啲咖喱磚開出黎嘅咖喱同普通飯。另外有味噌湯同細沙律。佢就係咩都有啲，定食呀嘛，但就係唔太好味。值得興幸嘅係，啲豬肉係熟嘅。總共200蚊，唔算好貴，但呢個價錢我唔預計會係咁嘅味道。有少少想喊，相都唔想影。
