To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

質素下降定列車太快？

新年初二，唔想煮就同屋企人黎食元氣，等位都等左1個鐘，唔知係咪太多人，廚房太忙，第一次見元氣送d咁既野黎，見到個時認真嚇左嚇，一開始覺得廚房太忙姐，或者架車太快但睇睇下：1. 舊壽司切得唔平口，係斜嘅2. d飯粒唔實到飛埋落碟3. 完全冇擺過碟架列車冇理由咁大威力架…除左呢舊壽司，d壽司都比以往平均地縮左水。唉，希望元氣幾忙都好，注意下質素，本應好好食欲，見到d咁既壽司都唔係好開胃，差d以為自己去左爭鮮。

架列車冇理由咁大威力架…除左呢舊壽司，d壽司都比以往平均地縮左水。
