To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

質素吾錯既午餐

事先同親戚有約會，佢話想搵個靜靜地既環境食野，因為方便傾計，聽友人推薦左呢間，價錢都可以接受，於是就去左試。食物款式都算多，最先系buffet叫既緊系刺身，三文魚尚算合格，吾算肥美但鮮味既感覺系有既，拖羅也是；不過拖羅吾系間間酒店都有，呢樣野就加番分。不得不提既系benedict，系buffet食到benefict真系第1次，焗薯薯仔味好重，熱辣辣感覺好正，魚柳都系，西班牙炒散則有啲酸，可能系我自己食吾慣炒麵、燒賣等味道也不錯，吾會太鹹，味道恰到好處。甜品種類適中，幾款來講最好食係芒果拿破崙，芒果好清甜拿破崙系脆脆地，食落好freshBlueberry cheesecake 芝士味似乎吾太夠，焦糖布丁甜度剛好，唯獨系出去拎戈陣比人「吵」過幾次，賣相吾系幾好
