To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日食完薩莉亞，今晚又唔知食咩好，就決定試下大家樂既鐵板餐係咪比薩莉亞好。紐西蘭冷特色腸鐵板配意式蕃茄汁 ($57)鐵板餐有牛扒、腸仔、炒飯、餐包同龍蝦湯。食物質素正常，雖然牛扒比薩莉亞細d，但係跟餐仲有腸仔炒飯餐包同餐湯，價錢又平d，重點係熱辣辣既，比薩莉亞抵食。相信之後都唔會再係薩莉亞叫鐵板餐。南洋咖哩牛腩飯($50+$6一杯可樂)大約有8件牛腩、1大舊牛筋仲有~4舊薯仔。最怕食到又硬又un、未炆”諗”既牛腩.。本身都無乜期侍，只係打算一試，點知牛腩炆到好”諗”又無根，真係好正，超出我預期。不過我估未必次次都食到好味牛腩，要睇下好唔好彩。至於咖哩都ok，唔會有太多辣油。尼個價錢可以再食。
