To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本諗住去隔離嗰間越華會,點知原來執咗轉咗老闆,要再諗吓係邊度食飯,好耐以前食過太湖,質素都好好,一直冇機會再去試,所以再去試吓,一入去發現原來好多人,晚上7點都已經差不多滿晒,叫咗個龍躉兩味,炒通菜,質素真係唔錯😋,好多龍躉,通菜炒得好有鑊氣,拍得住大排檔,怪知得咁多人一家大係裹面食飯。
