To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左個XO醬茄子豬頸肉炒米 仲係當天既大廚推介黎到成碟米粉得兩小塊茄子 豬頸肉有3-4片仲要冇XO醬味 感覺好求其叫阿姐望望 佢都冇聲出 然後唔理我走左 我再叫另一個阿姐講 佢先話叫廚房炒過第二碟黎到係多返啲料 但一樣好求其又炒得唔均勻 都要$60 我去某某冰室食黯然銷魂飯 都係$60 但質素差好遠 人地真係有heart做嘢 而銀龍就食老本 啲奶茶越來越難飲 食下午茶 未夠5:30就話洗爐 好多餐都話冇得食 明明可以到6點order 又要咁早去洗爐 咁你咪寫到5:30截order囉！
