To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同媽媽去左凱悅酒店食自助晚餐，大學站B出口行一陣就到，地點非常方便。去到staff招呼我地去坐左係一個corner，嗰邊環境好幽靜，係沙發位，適合慶祝生日或情侶拍拖食飯，超有feel😳❤️外面位置相對會比較明亮，大伙兒一齊聚會就啱曬😆食物方面都相當優秀！長腳蟹飽肉而且有鮮味，唔會淡而無味或者勁咸，海鮮類淨係食呢個都食到笑🤤refill速度好快，絕對唔洗爭喇沙湯係廚師同新加坡嗰邊交流研製而出，椰香味十足，好正超好味！另外都有好多中湯西湯，同樣做得唔錯，唔會好咸，都好清甜！中菜款式特別喜歡蒸石斑魚，魚肉超新鮮！蒸得啱啱好，口感嫩滑！媽媽都大讚！Pizza係現場即製即焗，餅底好似餅乾咁薄脆，上面有帶子、茄子、雞肉，芝士都好多，用茄醬調味，酸甜唔膩燒三文魚腩又係超正，口感勁嫩滑，入口即溶，用七味粉調味，香到連魚皮都忍唔住食埋甜品款式多，而且會不斷轉款，甜品控食到超興奮~加上整體質素都唔錯，真係飽到上心口都忍唔住要繼續食🙌🏻芝士蛋糕餅底雖然唔脆，但芝士蛋糕體超好食😳encore左兩次，好香芝士味，質感又好，唔會甜膩！抹茶紅豆奶凍估唔到咁濃抹茶味!!🍵要靠紅豆將甜度提升😳椰汁紅豆糕唔甜之餘仲超香

 最後回本當然係Häagen-Dazs雪糕，有成9種口味可以選擇🤩揀左士多啤梨、藍苺、抹茶，三種果然係皇牌🤤超多果肉、茶味又濃，仲可以即製窩夫/pancake，真心飽死無憾><!
