To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經過這間上環天仁，一心諗住嘆一嘆返杯珍珠奶茶，誰不知一飲之下又如奶水一樣，又沒茶味之餘又沒奶味，已經叫了走冰加正常甜。理應比較濃味又甜，但味道完全沒有應有的味道，完全失去天仁一貫水準，我喝過這麽多間分店，都沒有這麽差的。加上那幾位店員的囂張服務態度，更人反感! 再回說那杯奶茶的味道有如把應有的份量減了一半一枝，因為如果走冰的話，味道應該會更濃得，但這次真等難以接受，懷疑負責沖的店員是新手狀態，簡直有失天仁之名!
