To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為有coupon,所以星期一同男朋友仔黎試下..頭盤既沙律bar無咩選擇..冷盤只有凍蝦和青口..凍蝦都幾鮮甜,但青口就麻麻地啦..而刺身有三文魚,吞拿魚及劍魚,魚生不太生鮮,平時我食自助餐都係主攻頭盤及冷盤的..所以好失望,唯有睇下熱盤有咩野食啦..好少選擇jar..大約8樣,拎左蒸豆腐,辣酒煮輩翠螺(不錯,幾好味)..有印度咖哩,試左咖哩雞,食唔到,因為太"UN" ..BBQ野食,拎左燒帶子和蝦,燒蝦係全晚最好食既野,食左3隻^_^..食完咸野,就轉食甜品..食左幾款..即煎PANCAKE,唔得,個皮太甜又過軟...心太軟,極度唔得,據我了解,心太軟應該個心係有朱古力漿流出,而這個心太軟係實心,仲有D焗燶既味..涼粉..死甜,但有好多配料可以自己落,好好玩..豆腐花,一D豆味到無,仲要我乜都無加,仍然係甜的..最後餐飲叫左熱阿姐,有無搞錯,竟然係即冲咖啡,其實我唔係咁識飲咖啡JAR,但點解我咁肯定杯咖啡係即沖??因為D咖啡粉仲未融得晒囉....全晚SERVICE我地個哥哥都好好,不停加水和收碟..其實如果唔係咁平同WAITER哥哥的服務態度,我一定比個喊面,但而家拉雲都有OK面.
