今日實在太凍啦, 同兩個buddies 一個又話雞煲一個又話要串燒, 見到呢間兩樣都都滿足到我地就去試一試. 見到呢塊餐牌, 雖然冇價錢我已經有幾樣野好想試啦. 坐低大家已經極速點野野食,餐單全部自助畫單非常清晰. 串燒部既食物先到 牛舌燒得好好, 唔會變左柴皮又唔會穌呢個羊肉串令到我覺得好impressive! 燒得好味唔在講, 佢既肉係一大粒一大粒而唔係碎碎個D肉咬完出黎痴左一半在竹籤上個隻. 生蚝好大隻呀! 燒到半生熟鮮味仍然保留得好好. 我全晚最好奇同最想食試既野出埸啦, 燒魔鬼魚呀!! 食落去同其他魚的肉質好唔一樣,係一排一排的魚肉. 爽滑有口感, 絕對係可以連骨都食埋, 裡面全部都係軟骨. 魔鬼魚層魚皮係彈牙好似有小小脆肉鯇既口感, 成件事既口感都令到我覺得好爽呀. 因為都係第一次食好有心癮想食完再食既感覺.終於到左我至愛的雞煲啦,呢度好好可以唔洗加錢點多紫洋蔥. 我地點左一隻雞,佢既份量都真係好足,我地一度懷疑係多過一隻雞既. 上枱滾左5-10分鐘後店員好好黎到幫我地炒左一炒叫我地熄火, 熄左焗5分鐘後就食得. 叫道好好雞好滑唔會老. 店員解釋係因為如果我地不停滾既話會浪
