9格重慶火鍋的確新奇有趣,但食落只覺得啖啖油,價錢偏貴,手切肥牛$200幾一碟,同行uncle稱一定不是手切,伙計跟住就話係機切用手放靚佢!即係唔係手切啦!伙計服務態度同價錢反比,油條炸到硬掘掘, 又乾又縮,同行朋友要求換碟正常質素,點知仲要依依哦哦。收得咁貴,真係唔係咁嘅服務。牛栢葉一盤底下全部都是冰,冰面上面有幾塊,但無味,無栢葉味。$108一碟?炸豆皮無特別,炸枝竹仲有豆味過佢,仲要$56得3至4塊成日叫人落麻油,話無咁辣,麻油唔香。食物質素一般,上菜速度慢,伙計同稻香比,間唔中遇到個好阿姐都好過佢哋,坐又从得唔舒服。
