To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講返前幾日去南丫島，夜晚同老婆係呢間店食飯。其實一早都知海鮮會貴架喇，老婆要食都無計。碼頭果邊有兩間，我地求其入左呢間。我地都唔太餓，所以叫左隻秘製梅子汁蒸肉蟹 （$440）加碟菜（$88）加多個白飯.... 6百幾蚊埋單。隻蟹好細，真係得幾舊。個汁係好普通既梅子汁，無咩特別的。碟菜係超級細，細到夾左幾條已經無晒，影唔切相。兩碟餸味道一般，無乜特別，加左個白飯後要6百幾蚊真係幾貴。多人食可能會抵d既....
