To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為知道這裡的營運方式, 於是便選了這裡為友人慶生。晚上水靜鵝飛, 整晚都只得3枱客, 不過無損食物的質素。友人喜歡吃貝類, 侍應便推介了象拔蚌,角螺, 師傳向我們展示象拔蚌的時候是還在蠕動的, 十分新鮮, 刺身吃了赤睦鯛,輕灸之後配酸汁,很好。壽司每人吃了五款, 稍為覺得飯太多, 不過壽司飯做得不錯,米飯大大粒閃閃生光。帶子厚身鮮甜, 拖羅入口溶,無筋, 太心急所以忘了拍照,所以多叫一件燒拖羅補數;燒三文魚腩肥美, 天使蝦略為失色, 爽身但沒有甚麼鮮味可言。之後燒了一條喜知次, 但魚的尺碼略細, 也燒得不太出色, 皮燒得不夠脆, 難怪侍應建議我們吃汁煮。這一餐不便宜, 不過想著是做善事的,又說得過去。
