To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友是Mira Plus的會員,在Mira食市用餐有六折,剛好有舊同事從美國回港,所以相約一班好友共聚午餐,為了方便所有朋友,自然相約在尖沙咀美麗華酒店國金軒共進午餐。地點近地鐵,又是美芝蓮推介。環境是一般酒店中菜廳的格局,但是在三樓,景觀一般。最欣賞是茶具,茶杯加酒杯二合為一,作茶杯時是手拿著酒杯,不會燙著,又美觀又實用,比很多食市用酒杯盛茶好得多,沒有不倫不類的感覺。點心是我最美,先來金箔筍尖蝦餃,有蝦味兼爽口,是每隻計算,不會爭食,人人一隻永不落空,每隻18元,跟著是鮑魚燒賣皇,也是18元一隻,有一小片鮑魚,但比起金箔舖在晶瑩通透的蝦餃上,比較遜色。豉味陳村粉蒸排骨,有著傳統順德風味,可惜排骨一般。菜苗餃用豆苗做餡料,菜味濃郁,原來比蝦餃更貴,每隻21元。最貴氣莫過於金腿鮑參翅肚紮,每件40元,有金華火腿,海參,鮑魚和魚肚,一紮有了四種高級食材。其他點心包括不同的腸粉,ⅩO醬炒蘿蔔糕和咸水角等都有不錯的水準。中午餐都要一點澱粉質,點了銀芽九皇肉絲兩面黃,麵炸得非常脆,賣相得體,也叫了松露野菌炆伊麫,普通啦。雖然胃部已滿,但甜品郤不可少,叫了棗皇糕,馬拉糕加上燕窩蛋撻,總算是完美的
