To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次回港也喜歡和家人去吃一頓滿足的自助餐，因為自助餐也是香港飲食文化之一。我不喜歡和別人爭崩頭，或是要預早一、兩個月訂位。每次左想右想後也喜歡到 Hyatt Regency,Shatin. 很喜歡它地方寬躺，服務態度殷勤。雖然食物選擇並不算多，但要有的也有。我貴精不貴多。他們的價錢很reasonable，有snowcrab legs，帶子，蝦，螺，魚生，花膠，鲍鱼仔，煎鴨肝，Roast Beef，羊架。。。等等，等等。蟹腳很鮮，不會像有些餐廳的只有鹽水味。魚生很新鮮，很容易從魚生的光澤看出是"安全食材"。中式菜色比西式的多，但兩樣也出色。鸭肝多士是即叫即煎，然後在客人面前garnish。一點也不馬虎。中式的蒸魚啖啖肉，花膠爽口。燒味也不錯。最愛甜品部，有雪糕Station和即口即做pancake。一點也不會令人失望。我很少讚，這間從來沒有跌眼鏡！
