To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貴而且唔好食

點了鳯城水餃，等了段時間才來到，等也不要緊，好食就算了，可惜一入口就知道中伏了!先不說味道，因應根本未能感覺到味道就先被那硬冰冰的情況嚇了嚇!那水餃未煮透呀廚師大哥！ok ok我當你是一時失手，跟我再煮一煮就好了，我再等...然後換來了雲吞，天呀！我是要水餃呀！好再等（已經等到麻木)，結果換來的是跟第一次一模一樣的硬水餃(已哭)，這次我認命了，只好馬虎吃兩口就算是不浪費食物了。然而那椒鹽九肚魚，我已經說不出那是椒鹽麵粉糊還是內裏有魚肉的存在。那碟椒鹽麵粉也不便宜呢，沒有記錯是七十多元，真是悲哀的一餐。
