To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

10月7日6:45pm左右到金膳晚飯，獲安排了一個角位的4人枱。坐下來時，發覺冷氣吹正頭，跟姨姨講完已即時調細冷氣出風。惟冷氣機風位仍吹正頭，所以跟同行屋企人說不如走，食另一間。姨姨見我們揹袋走，她即時說不用走，可以關掉這部冷氣機，不會吹向頭。我當時的反應是感謝，因為相信其他食肆，不會因為2位客人怕凍而關掉冷氣，免卻其他食客怕熱投訴。結果，我們感謝地說了一句唔該晒，姨姨同步校大另一部冷氣機，確保同區食客不會熱。100分的服務，令我們有點受寵若驚。我們點了佛海蒲團（腐皮包住羅漢齋配髮菜及菜芯拌碟）及雪菜茄子炆米，調味恰到好處，亦可食出每種食材味道。最加分是上菜快、溫度夠，而且我們坐的位置，掛了一幅印章版心經，我覺得很特別。多謝老闆及各位姨姨～下次再幫襯。
