To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個星期六 H 為了慶祝 K 的生日,故計劃了赤柱半天遊,放工後先到銅鑼灣嘆茶,然後再乘小巴入赤柱,在銅鑼灣地鐵站一出,好多酒樓選擇,結果選擇了最近這間。入座已是兩時多,原來有下午茶時段,真好!大概點吃了以下:菠蘿蜜桃小雲吞=>炸小雲吞好脆,餡料並沒有菠蘿蜜桃,只有蝦及肉,但配吃的甜酸汁中有幾粒菠蘿蜜桃,都幾好味道蓮蓉煎埋=>味道一般,蓮蓉並不香湯浸鮮蝦腐竹卷=>好味道牛肉燒賣=>K話味道較差珍珠雞=>味道一般,米太淋,沒有荷葉的香味可能因為下午茶時段,埋單才是七十餘元,以各方面包括食物、服務及環境來評,絕對物有所值! 讚呀!飲完茶已差不多四點,H & K 就按計劃向下一個食點進發了 : >

大概點吃了以下:

菠蘿蜜桃小雲吞=>炸小雲吞好脆,餡料並沒有菠蘿蜜桃,只有蝦及肉,但配吃的甜酸汁中有幾粒菠蘿蜜桃,都幾好味道

蓮蓉煎埋=>味道一般,蓮蓉並不香

湯浸鮮蝦腐竹卷=>好味道

牛肉燒賣=>K話味道較差

珍珠雞=>味道一般,米太淋,沒有荷葉的香味

可能因為下午茶時段,埋單才是七十餘元,以各方面包括食物、服務及環境來評,絕對物有所值! 讚呀!
