餐廳位於太子,主打中法Fusion菜,大廚有米芝蓮餐廳經驗,菜式很有創意和個人風格,而且賣相和擺碟都很驚豔🥰今次和朋友叫咗個 5碟菜嘅 Set Dinner ,加咗個小食「大雪卡」share,再叫埋飲品☕️,埋單2個人total大約$500左右都夠飽,真係估唔多平民價錢,都有咁高質咁fine dine嘅享受🥳🔸️Dinner X (5 dishes) $388🔹️前菜兩款黑色豆豉墊底果邊係白酒煮蜆肉,黃色炸枝豆墊底果邊係腐乳羊肉。計埋前菜其實有6碟,真係好豐富❤️ 。🔹️叼草紫薑三文魚用咗洋蔥和酸汁調味,同三文魚都幾夾。🔹️香芋八寶鴨湯落咗太陽蛋,所以個湯好有質感,我都幾仲意。🔹️鮑魚意大利飯好明顯嘅Fusion菜,落咗燒鴨和杞子🥳,味道唔錯。🔹️鵝肝西冷牛扒兩式🐄🦤有鵝肝真係好足料,兩款牛扒都煎得好好,配埋焦糖洋蔥汁好正🔹️冰糖月燕膠蜜瓜奶凍好清甜嘅甜品,用來做結尾都唔錯。🔸️大雪卡 $80另外單點咗呢個小食,用鴨肉和鵝肝做餡料,點埋黑蒜醬好好味。🔸️Hot Chocolate $30
