To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個人趕時間，在石門見到有間新開大快活即刻入去睇吓有乜食食完走，晚餐都好多嘢選，原來現在最平都要$40，而且唔包野飲，要飲嘢還要加$6我就選左個日式咖喱汁厚切吉列黑豚飯，價值$45,之後收銀俾左張單和感應器我，原來呢間有送餐服務，呢個服務幾好唔使攞住碟飯周圍找座位，可以找左座位，然後將感應器放在檯上適當位置感應一次，之後就等待應送餐，不用十分鐘待應就將飯送到，後返感應器和張單，首先睇吓賣相豬扒幾厚，炸得金黃色冇過火，個咖喱汁食落香濃甘香只係覺得個汁唔夠多，薯仔幾粉和甘甜，除左薯仔還有蔬菜和红蘿白，算幾好飯真係用上珍珠米，煙煙靭靭，好好味,到最重要既豬扒，食落好軟滑多汁，脆皮唔厚，薄薄的好鬆化快餐間唔中都有好野。
