To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

給孩子消耗了所剩無幾的能量, 我決定今晚要食番餐好慰勞一下自己哩間石燒牛肉係荃灣都幾出名, 我訂了7:30pm 的時間, 餐廳已接近80%滿座, 而且見到其他食客剛出菜, 賣相很吸引哦 初見香草吉列牛 ($128) 價錢都挺相宜, 食一個套餐的石燒香草吉列牛肉也只是 $128 , 還已包白飯及溏心蛋! 驟看menu 性價比也挺高, 怪不得附近幾間食肆也沒有生意….石燒牛肉不是第一次食, 但外面是綠色的香草就真的是第一次見了 而且份量都挺足夠, 共有14 塊, 可以根據個人的對生熟口味, 決定牛肉在石爐燒上時間, 吉列牛肉的肉質吃起來沒有筋, 油脂分佈很平均, 肉質軟稔有農郁的牛肉香味 溏心蛋更是出色, 凍食流心狀的蛋黃帶一點甜味, 相信是因為把溫泉蛋醃漬過夜, 相當難忘季節海鮮鍋龍蝦湯配白飯 ($88)這個海鮮鍋的份量都幾大, 送到枱面覺得好第食! 有超多海鮮, 有海蝦、青口、蝦、肥美沙白、魷魚、三文魚, 再加上鍋內的新鮮蔬菜, 淆出來的龍蝦湯底變得很鮮甜, 我們忍不住飲晒!我們加 $8 轉了讚岐烏冬, 也比我想像中高質, 烏冬很是彈牙, 而且甜栗米都份量幾多, 每一口都有栗米的香味
