近日阿拉斯加蟹價格回落,係時候去食番餐喇。訂咗枱7點,去到差不多滿座。去到先揀蟹,因為會好快沽清。揀咗隻接近6斤重,差不多全場最大。每斤$188,千多元算好便宜了。另外再叫一個6人套餐,全包宴只是$988。套餐有熱石乳豬半隻:皮有點硬,都脆,有肉唔太多脂肪。龍蝦烏冬:有兩隻波士頓龍蝦,用上湯焗,蝦算鮮味彈牙,烏冬吸收了上湯同龍蝦汁,大家都搶住要。炒翠玉瓜帶子蘭花蚝,好有鑊氣,材料滿足。千絲花枝球,千絲炸得酥脆,花枝鮮味有彈性。其他餸都十分出色,炸子雞,味道剛好,不用點醬汁,雞皮炸得酥化。感覺厨師拿手炸物。主角出場:清蒸阿拉斯加蟹,侍應會幫忙解體,實在貼心。蟹膏非常多,肉質結實飽滿,非常鮮甜,剛好每人一隻蟹腳,啖啖肉非常滿足。最後還有鴛鴦水晶包做甜品,真係要捧住個肚走呀。🤣
