之前已經幫襯過中環分店好幾次，真係算得上係我係香港最鍾意食嘅拉麵！見佢喺尖沙咀又開咗分店，又突然間好想食拉麵，所以決定試吓同中環分店水準係咪一樣先～整體來講，未到大致上都一樣，都係會令我回味無窮嘅味道😍！喺中環同尖沙咀呢兩個地段的話，真心CP值高！.Been to the Central branch a few times 😋 and hands down one of my favourite ramen places in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 the quality of the ramen is pretty much the same as the Central branch 🤤 with the prices of ramen nowadays, i would say ramen cubism is pretty decent!.《Ramen Cubism特級白湯》$118 😋😋😋第一次食完呢個特級白湯之後，每一次嚟都完全唔想試其他嘢，因為個雞湯真係好濃好正，係嗰種你食完碗拉麵會飲晒個湯嗰種！不過相比中環分店，覺得尖沙咀呢邊比較鹹少少，或者可能係我太耐冇食🤪不過都

《Ramen Cubism特級白湯》$118 😋😋😋
第一次食完呢個特級白湯之後，每一次嚟都完全唔想試其他嘢，因為個雞湯真係好濃好正，係嗰種你食完碗拉麵會飲晒個湯嗰種！不過相比中環分店，覺得尖沙咀呢邊比較鹹少少，或者可能係我太耐冇食🤪不過都好飲，口感creamy得來又唔會太油膩！而呢一個係大size嚟嘅，個碗比起平時食開嘅拉麵都大碗好多，勁飽肚！低溫慢煮嘅叉燒真係好好食！！三片都好大片，肥瘦又均勻！拉麵都算幾彈牙，軟硬適中。另外想讚一讚呢度嘅溏心蛋，日本蛋真係唔同啲，蛋味好香～

《鯖魚湯香菇野菜海蝦拉麵》$98 😋😋
湯底飲落唔會太濃，非常之鮮甜，香菇同椰菜味都好重，感覺上健康啲，更加想飲晒碗湯🤣三隻海蝦係凍食嘅，食落肉質都算鮮甜，口感彈牙。如果冇比較之下呢個都係一個唔錯嘅選擇，但個人都係比較鍾意食特級白湯多啲，口感rich啲！
