To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角平時晚市食都唔平，而且極有機會食完都覺得唔夠滿足😖知道佢有3間舖有燒肉放題，所以星期日同朋友黎左屯門店試一試因為係星期日既關係，都要等左大約1個鐘先可以入座，不過為左燒肉係值得既！我地簡左(B)豪華放題，價錢係$308/1位一共有52款食物可以簡，亦比(A)特選放題多左牛既選擇，有板腱肉、牛肋肉、肩脊肉等。肉質都同唔係放題既牛角一樣咁新鮮，仲有我最愛既香蔥溫泉玉子飯😋食完真係大滿足！但如果時間可以加長到120分鐘可以慢慢享受就更好啦～
