約朋友交收順便吃個午飯,他說馬鞍山開咗新冰室叫金記,我話這間食物幾好架又大份。’鐵板美式雜扒‘跟餐有老火湯和飲品,是日老火湯——青紅蘿蔔合掌瓜湯,味道香濃又滋潤,真材實料煲煮。鐵板美式雜扒(牛扒 豬扒 雞扒 腸仔 煙肉)點了燒汁加意粉很喜歡吃雜扒的原因是雞牛豬都可以食到,而且每塊扒都大大件,金黃色外皮煎得香脆,肉質唔會韌好嫩肉。熱檸檬菜蜜‘招牌鮮牛肉米粉配炒蛋’跟金油脆豬鮮牛米粉味道很好吃,用左薑絲加上湯做湯底,而鮮牛非常嫩滑有牛味,米粉是超幼滑身有嚼勁。炒滑蛋顧名思義就一定要夠滑,而蛋炒得不可過火,這個就做到蛋滑味鮮這個效果,而脆豬夠鬆化夾埋一起吃真的絕配。加小食一款 白灼菜心熱綿滑蛋白杏仁茶這個熱綿滑蛋白杏仁茶,我每次都會點的,因為煲得味道超濃又幼滑,唔會水流流非常挺身,而又滋潤。
