To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友聚會,次次食都唔記得寫食評,豬手係特別推介,濃濃既黑椒汁加上隻豬手好軟好入味!個蠟味煲仔飯飯超夠鑊氣,熱辣辣令到D飯有飯焦,鼓油底再加臘味超地道!墨魚餅又係一絕,比起其他地方彈牙好多,又有墨魚味!淨係影得切個炒飯同墨魚餅,隻豬手一上就俾人解體左~p.s. 間唔時會撞到洪x寶~~
