To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上海弄堂幾年前同屋企人食過中環歌賦街分店,網上見到原來有4間分店,中環,灣仔,天后,跑馬地。除左馬場我都未去過跑馬地周圍,媽咪間中學系附近,佢又好耐無來呢邊,今日就帶佢來食上海菜,系禮頓道搭叮叮去好方便,(想當年叮叮學生價系1角)嘩好平呀,不過而家都系$2.3,好中意坐叮叮吹住自然風去睇風景,到行人過路燈的時候綠色人像會發出聲響,那時候可以坐著聽下呢d聲～又唔洗趕過馬路,是香港特色呀。落左叮叮行2～3分鐘就到。食上海菜緊系食個麵/菜飯加d小食*全日供應 一人套餐$98,(小食)涼拌小黃瓜,開胃陳醋加辣椒,陳醋顏色,味道已入哂青瓜,酸酸辣辣好味(主菜)醬燒茄子(素)配菜飯,好中意呢個醬燒汁,茄子入哂味勁香濃,軟硬度剛好,好怕食太淋或太生既茄子,用毛豆代替肉碎。好大碗菜飯,平時小食菜既我好中意食菜飯,菜比例多,唔會好油,正。*全日供應 一人套餐$98,(小食)菜肉餛飩(4隻),菜肉好新鮮,感覺是剛剛做好餡再包,餛飩皮好大塊好大舊呀。(主菜)回鍋肉菜飯,較乾身既回鍋肉,夾埋吸哂香辣汁既椰菜同青椒好快就扒哂碗大菜飯。解辣清甜濃豆味豆漿$14
