To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午茶時段明明好多位，但侍應徧徧就要客人坐得密密碼碼咁，老實講又唔係午餐趕頭趕命，食得下午茶都係想坐得濶濶落落，優優閒閒咁啦，最後擾攘一輪，就打算掃二維碼自己下單，突然個待應拎走哂成兜裝滿wasabi的兜，想玩野呀？所以我唯有用隔離果兜wasabi啦，之後又過一陣，個侍應好似玩完咁就拎番出來，全部都唔係做生意架，下次我都唔會再去。差差差，這就是香港待客之道嗎?係咪想迫人全部去大陸消費先安樂呀？好好反省吧
