前一陣子被牛角包燒到,有朋友約食飯就決定到這家小店試試看。小店在維園附近,帶一點幽靜,氣氛舒適。◽ 招牌龍蝦湯流心牛角包必點的招牌之作,熱騰騰上桌,記得要快快影完開始食,牛角包相當脆,一刀切下即帶龍蝦湯流出,好澎湃,沾了龍蝦湯的牛角包像吃酥皮湯的口感。◽ 意大利飯配鮮蟹肉、本地鹹蛋黄以花10小時炮製的龍蝦湯煮意大利飯,令每一口飯都帶鮮味,特別地以本地鹹蛋黃碎粒來點綴,令味道多一點層次。◽ 炸廣島蠔新鮮炸起即上桌,蠔味當然十足,香口又美味。▪️ Summer熱情果與青檸,酸酸的是夏日的開胃味道。▪️ Autumn用了西柚和菠蘿調製,是清新的感覺。最後,大頭蝦留低咗把遮,還好店員幫忙收好,已經順利拎返~餐牌參考
