To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和家人去了富臨酒家 鯉魚門店 吃海鮮大餐 !CP值真的超級高!連蝦都有三款,無理由不推薦給大家啦~ 先來第一碟冰鎮鮑魚沙律,凍吃的飽魚好特別,亦非常開胃!之後有白灼生蝦,簡單點下辣椒豉油已經好好吃😋我個人特別推介 姜蔥炒海蟹,有非常非常多蟹膏!!好滿足啊😍😍這頓飯我最滿意是芝士開邊焗龍蝦,好濃的芝士味,炸到卜卜脆,連龍蝦腳都好食到不放過呀!第三款蝦就是 椒鹽賴尿蝦啦!夠大只、蝦肉彈牙,用剪刀輕易吃到,又不怕弄到手。講到這裡也只是吃了一半😋😋 還有蒜茸粉絲蒸帶子、清蒸龍躉件、豉椒炒肥蜆,同蒜茸炒時蔬、好似食極都未完咁哈哈 最後有珍珠雞作結 是用紅米包, 真是超級豐富既海鮮餐!全家都捧住大肚子回家啦😚😚
