To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 芝士盤  
有4-5款芝士和配料。
有最喜愛的奶味濃郁又軟棉棉白色芝士Brie Cheese,
還有濃味但硬身的巴馬臣芝士,車打芝士,藍芝士。
也有新發現~半圓形芝士,奶味淡,又軟身,口感接近牛油的質感。
雖然有不同的芝士配料,但是芝士配餅乾最保險。

前菜小食也不遑多讓。
豬肉啫喱,蟹肉啫喱,雜肉腸,煙三文魚,黑椒吞拿魚,海鮮紫菜蛋卷,壽司,沙律。 
小米之父十分喜歡魚生冷麵區的紅色小八爪魚,還不斷向我推薦呢! 
親自嚐試,果然超贊。

大約七時多,職員呈上每位客人限定一份的美點:
鵝肝多士,胡椒餅,焗波士頓龍蝦     
超厚鵝肝,厚度是平時的二倍,比自己的手指公更厚,而爆脂的口感有如豆腐花,一件已經滿足。
鵝肝配芥末醬,應該一流。 
香辣的Papadum內放滿了沙律菜,好讓味蕾清新一下,迎接<焗波士頓龍蝦>。

看到隔離枱端著一碟蠔餅,自己也要來一份。
原來要先把枱面號碼牌交給廚部職員,煮好後,職員會把蠔餅送到客人的枱面,保証新鮮熱辣,先到先得。
這個蠔餅口感不硬,不熱氣,比較似母親大人制作的蠔餅:煎熟,非炸熟。

魚鰭比較大,魚身呎寸應該很大。
當年在馬拉嚐到的燒魔鬼魚比較細隻。
魔鬼魚這二塊翼,肉質滑溜,但本身肉味不太濃,適合配濃味醬汁。
魔鬼魚表面紅色醬汁=茄膏,辣辣醬,香茅溝出來的醬汁。
還以為是馬拉的SAMBEL醬/ASUM醬呢!

還以為是波士頓龍蝦炆伊麵,細看之下,橙色龍蝦殼有花紋,是花龍?青龍?貴野喎!
食多D食多D當回本。
其實花龍青龍不算最美味,下方的伊麵才是主角,伊面吸盡龍蝦的精華呢!
