To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過年去葵涌廣場行完，走去附近嘅譚仔雲南米線食米線，有好多人等位，我哋3個人都等咗一陣，因為係搭檯坐，所以唔使等好耐就有位了。我哋叫咗3碗米線：魚片頭米線，腩肉米線，同埋墨魚丸米線加炸醬。值得一讚係呢度嘅米線保持到水準，跟以往一樣好食，價錢平民化，過年冇加價。我哋唔係太肚餓，落單時話要少米，咁就會減1蚊，非常公道。
