今晚我們去咗旺角染布房街嘅「汀汀烤活魚」食晚飯!我們叫咗招牌烤魽魚「剁椒湯底微辣」魽魚嘅肉質比較厚身,就算我們選擇咗食胡椒海鮮蟹煲先,用慢火嚟一直煮,肉質依然非常嫩滑,唔會變「嚡」,味道相當鮮味!胡椒海鮮蟹煲嘅湯底由於有花甲、青口、海中蝦同膏蟹,所以湯底超級鮮甜,鮮味嘅程度令到我們唔係一開始就食啲海鮮,而係將所有湯飲晒,膏蟹係新鮮即叫即劏,所以肉質極之鮮甜嫩滑同超多膏,海中蝦非常爽甜彈牙,花甲相當清甜彈牙,而且份量十足,真係幾抵食!
