To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞呢到既炸醬麵&蝦子麵都非常好食， 掙扎左好耐， 終於決定叫炸醬麵!! 炸醬面裡面既肉好 "林", 個醬咸辣適中， 但最出色既係跟麵果碗蝦殼湯。 有非常香嘅蝦味+少量蝦子。食緊麵既時候，有個女人走入嚟買蝦子， 老闆堅持蝦子要放涼左先可以入樽， 叫個女人遲d先嚟買， 睇得出老闆對食物質素有緊持，讚!!
