今日下午我們喺旺角做完嘢之後,諗緊想食咩餐嗰陣,行過豉油街見到有間叫「越朝」嘅越南餐廳,同埋企喺門口嘅店員同我們講話入嚟食吖,我們嘅下午茶時段好抵食,所以我們就決定入咗去食下午茶!我們叫咗生牛肉湯河粉嘅湯底非常清甜鮮味,而且相當夠熱,河粉麵質好煙韌軟滑,牛肉嘅肉質好鮮嫩鬆軟,最令我們驚喜係竟然牛肉嘅份量竟然比河粉仲要多,真係幾抵食!燒牛肉撈檬「半生熟」嘅檬粉麵質有啲「粗嚡」,雖然麵質唔算太好,但撈埋啲花生碎粒一齊食,令到口感更加豐富,而燒牛肉係燒到半熟,所以肉質嫩滑軟熟!
