To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期日，無無聊聊就約左個朋友落深水埗食野，首先去左西九 89 食口水雞飯 招牌口水雞飯 - 雞嘅份量唔算小，雖然雞味唔重（我估可能係冰先雞🙄）但做到肉質嫩滑，就算係雞胸肉部份都唔鞋口👍🏻個汁仲夾什好碎嘅花生粒、蒜蓉同辣椒粒，其實都幾辣下，下邊仲鋪左手拍青瓜，索晒d汁好正，以三十幾蚊價錢黎講，超晒班😋
