To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽啲沙田友話麗豪啲野食好伏🤭 其實應該都係N年前嘅都市傳說，今晚揀左去沙田麗豪酒店食自助餐～ 仲咁岩遇正澳葡美食theme 😍 正！星期一至四黎，成人298/ 小童208，性價比極高，而且唔算好多人，食得好舒服！澳葡美食晚重點黎啦：：：：：：- 🥙冷盤🥗：煙三文魚沙律雜菜- 🐟海鮮🦞：有長腳蟹及蟹鉗、田螺、凍蝦、凍青口、蜆肉- 🍣刺身🐙：種類不算很多，但基本的都有齊，三文魚吞拿魚希靈魚鯛魚，重點是新鮮好味- 🍖燒烤🍆：燒茄子、燒雞翼、燒味- 🍛熱盤🥦：炒飯炒麵當然唔少得，仲有炒菜，葡汁雞肉茄子都係另一誠意推介- 🍰甜品🧁：很多選擇，賞心悅目。大約八點的時候，還有火焰雪山，千萬不要錯過！- 🍲火鍋🥘：自助餐同時有埋火鍋真心正！因為可以瘋狂錄菜食，特別推介土雞藥膳湯底，同埋肥牛，仲有比較少見嘅玉子豆腐- 🫕🍫大約九點，店員會另外為每一台送上朱古力火鍋， 十分貼心
