今晚和朋友來到灣仔的「秋田鐵板燒刺身專門店」享用馳名的鐵板燒。餐廳在QRE Plaza 8樓.,日式風格的木系裝修,座位圍爐,即燒即食。我們點了非常豐盛的“二人前套餐”,共有十二道菜。“季節沙律”,有新鮮蔬菜、車厘茄等,配上日式芝麻醬,是開胃的前菜。“魚籽鵝肝蒸蛋”,蒸蛋夾住鵝肝粒,上面蓋上魚籽,鵝肝油滲入香滑的蛋中,多重口感和味道。鮮活海鮮,即場炮製。“鮮活時令龍蝦”,還在動的龍蝦,切開後在鐵板上燒,肉質鮮嫩可口,而且更淋上蝦膏煮成醬汁,特別惹味。“原隻鮮活南非鮑魚”,由師傅即場切花,煎香,爽口彈牙,香味濃郁,配菜還有昆布、忌廉、海苔等。“季節時令海鮮”,新鮮帆立貝,用鐵板煎香,用脆口紫蘇葉包住食,特別美味。“香煎頂級鵝肝”,外面焦脆,裏面綿滑鬆化,甘香可口,配上黑醋汁,能夠中和油膩口感。“鹿兒島霜降和牛薄燒卷”,肉質鮮嫩,呈粉紅色,雪花均勻,爽住爽口的蔬菜餡料,非常香口。“鹿兒島霜降和牛厚燒”,厚切和牛,牛肉味濃,腍軟可口,配上山葵、岩鹽和昆布鹽,更加釣出牛肉的鮮味。“秋田炒飯”,珍珠米飯粒粒分明,加入櫻花蝦、煙肉、蔥粒、雞蛋、韭菜等一齊炒香,份外滋味。“炒野菜”,材料有冬菇、椰菜
