To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 岩岩諗住試下呢間，我一個人。明明聽到個位職員用唔咸唔淡既聲話A07。等我入到去，見有張4人位執緊檯。我米等佢執完才過去。點知有個著住灰色西裝制服既女人沖左埋去。我見佢甘米行返去入口位問。個位阿姐竟然講過唔算，話無講過。講完可當無講過，甘都得既。你當我幻聽呀。俾左人米俾左人羅。又改口話過左，我話我企正向度。跟住佢即刻收聲。無再甘講。轉頭佢又走來話，轉頭有2人位就叫我。到我入到來，擺明頭先個個位係灰色西裝坐完就叫佢朋友來啦。因個張檯得返個2個人。我唔介意佢分2人檯、4人檯。但唔好當客係盲人，亦唔好試圖屈個客。
