To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同屋企2位長老出黎飲菜，趁未打風出黎行下，黎到太約12點中午時間酒樓都唔係太多人，仲有個窗邊位，個景靚到呢，叫咗個黑金麻蓉包，平時係出面食親都係流心奶黃餡，今次試下麻蓉餡，入面係全黑芝麻餡，食落好香芝麻味直得一試，櫻花蝦銀蘿脆皮腸，出黎鴛鴦色幾靚，食落係脆，但蘿蔔絲就太幼，但整體都好嘅，免仔餃睇落就唔係好似架啦，起碼知道係人手做，唔係出面啲機器交返黎先啦，食落就太甜2老唔係咁鍾意，蝦餃同春卷都係幾好不過不失，埋單去果時啲員工問我地有無長者卡，我2位長老實有啦，原來做緊長者免茶仲要係1+1，1個長者同1個唔係長者，我地全部都唔洗比茶錢，走果時再望下茶錢幾錢位，原來成16蚊個人，好彩同2老出黎少咗48蚊，點心同粉麵仲有7折，3個人埋單唔洗200舊
