To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ordered: 沙嗲牛肉米粉，菜肉餃炸雞扒公仔麵，花生醬煉奶多士1. 之前聽過誠記啲沙嗲牛肉面好好食，佢嘅湯底同一般茶餐廳唔同，係真係香濃嘅沙嗲湯底，普通嘅茶餐廳淨係會放啲沙嗲醬係牛肉上面，所以佢嘅沙嗲牛肉麵真係好出色。2. 個多士就不過不失3. 個菜肉餃唔錯，菜同肉嘅比例係一半一半。
